You are here because something is broken. Or breaking. Or about to break.
Maybe it's your health. Maybe it's your marriage. Maybe it's the bottle you swore you'd put down yesterday. Maybe it's the weight—physical, psychological, spiritual—that has been accumulating for years while you pretended everything was fine.
You are not fine. And somewhere beneath the noise, you know it.
There is something inside you that has been running the show while you sleep. It whispers that change can wait. It numbs you with comfort and calls it rest. It distracts you with noise and calls it living. It has been stealing your Kingdom piece by piece, and you have been too exhausted to notice.
We call it The Sleeper.
And it must die so you can live.

The founder of Kingly Consults sat under the bright lights of his physician's office at 500 pounds. He had respect for this doctor—a pure-hearted man who specialized in treating the obese. But respect doesn't change bloodwork.
The doctor did a double-take at the chronically high blood pressure and A1C readings, then shook his head.
"I cannot help you. You are on every type of blood pressure medication. There is nothing left for me to give you."
At 500 pounds, the founder was no longer a patient. He was a liability.
The doctor continued, without breaking eye contact: "You're a sleeper. Everything looks fine until it's not. I cannot be your doctor anymore. I am serving you notice that you need to find another doctor."
Then the verdict: "You are a biological ticking clock. You will be dead soon."
His mouth dried out. His brain went blank. No more silver-tongued excuses. No more false promises. The jury of bloodwork had rendered its sentence.
Guilty.
But that was not rock bottom.
Rock bottom came on his birthday—August 4th, 2025. He had been sober for a month, white-knuckling it, doing everything he knew how. Then he relapsed. When his wife and children came home that evening, they had planned a surprise. He had ruined it. He was drunk.
The look in their eyes—disappointment, exhaustion, grief—was something he never wants to see again.
He stood to do damage control. And that's when he met The Sleeper face-to-face.
A dark figure stopped him cold. Chills ran down his spine. Goosebumps swarmed his arms.
It spoke: "Leave them. They belong to me."
He gasped.
It continued: "You belong to me too."
He sat back down. Hopeless. Dejected. A prisoner in his own Kingdom's dungeon.
And there—locked in the dark, damp cell of his mind—he started plotting.
"I heal people for a living. I am good at it. I must heal myself."
He had tried everything. AA. SMART Recovery. Secular Organizations for Sobriety. Moderation Management. HAMS. Phoenix. Refuge Recovery. Recovery Dharma. Celebrate Recovery. In the Rooms.
None of it worked. Some exploited guilt and shame as motivators for change. Perhaps being a preacher's kid made him immune to the bullshit. Perhaps the programs simply weren't built for him. Either way—nothing stuck.
So he built his own framework.
What emerged became The Five Pillars—a system forged in desperation, rooted in ancient Levitical wisdom, validated by psychological research, and tested in the fire of his own flesh.
He has lost 150 pounds in nine months. He has been sober since August 4th, 2025. He remains married to his wife of 23 years.
But make no mistake: this is not a success story. This is a war in progress.
The Pillars are not a product. They are a survival plan. If they fail, he fails. If he fails, he dies—and his legacy dies with him.
The founder is the sacrifice that makes this work possible. His 150 pounds of flesh. His sobriety. His war with The Sleeper. It all burns on the altar—so yours can too.

The Five Pillars are not self-help categories. They are the architectural zones of a Temple — each one interdependent, each one essential, none of them optional.
Pillar I — The Sovereign Mind: The Holy of Holies. Where the Sleeper is sacrificed daily and the King learns to think about his own thinking.
Pillar II — The Inner Sanctuary: The Engine Room. Where the body is maintained as Temple and emotional regulation is the byproduct of sacred ritual — not a goal pursued directly.
Pillar III — The Outer Court: Where private transformation becomes public. Where the fire burns in the open air and the wind tests everything you have built.
Pillar IV — The Architecture of the Temple: Where environment becomes transformation technology. You cannot sacrifice chaos. You can only sacrifice what is organized.
Pillar V — The Royal Treasury: Where resources are transmuted, not merely spent. Where wealth becomes boundary, and relationship is restored as the foundation of everything.
We master the Wind so that we may manage the Fire. The Sleeper must die so the King may live.
